Our Adult Sports and Activities programs at the Family Life Center (FLC) offer a diverse range of options designed to promote fitness, fellowship, and faith-based values. Whether you're looking to stay active, or continue your passion for sports, we have something for everyone. Join us in creating a vibrant, healthy community as you strengthen your body, build lasting friendships, and grow in your faith journey.

Description: Join us every Monday night at 7pm for exciting pick-up basketball games. Whether you're a seasoned player or just looking to have fun, our pick-up basketball nights offer a great opportunity to meet new people, improve your skills, and enjoy friendly competition. All skill levels welcome!

Co-ed Pickleball Tournament
Free Co-ed Pickleball Tournament
April 29th @ 6pm

Description: Join us for our Co-ed Pickleball Tournament on April 29th at 6pm. This exciting event is perfect for pickleball enthusiasts of all skill levels. Come and enjoy a friendly competition, meet new people, and showcase your pickleball skills!

Single elimination. Prizes awarded to the top 2 teams.
