Hello Church Family,

I hope you've had a great start to 2025. It's hard to believe that January has already come and gone! We received such positive feedback from the over 1,100 of you that participated in our Bible reading program this past month. I want to encourage you to continue in the habit of having a daily quiet time. There is nothing that will enhance your spiritual growth more than spending time with God in prayer and in his Word. February is the month of love! Whether you are planning to give a Valentine to a special someone in your life or not, it's a good reminder that we all need connection. This is what our Life Group ministry is all about—connecting with others.

God is doing a great work at Champion Forest. We are still in awe of what we saw at Freedom Weekend. Over 1,200 students had a life-changing experience that will impact not only their lives here and now but also forever in eternity. I encourage you to read more below.

One final note: Did you know that we have trained over 50 Spanish-speaking pastors in the last four years? We have also started over 30 Spanish congregations all over North America in that same time. Just this week, we welcomed eight new Spanish church planters that we will be training for the next year. This is all part of fulfilling our focus priority of "Strengthening the Church" and is certainly worth celebrating!

👏 FREEDOM WEEKEND 2025 – GOD MOVED IN A POWERFUL WAY!

What a weekend! Freedom Weekend 2025 was nothing short of incredible. From powerful worship to deep conversations in Family Groups, students encountered Jesus in life-changing ways.

124 students made the decision to follow Jesus! We are celebrating each of these moments and praising God for the eternal impact.

Students weren't just attending—they were experiencing the presence of God in a way that is changing lives:

📢 "I love being able to feel the presence of the Lord during worship. I feel close to Him and my friends." – Hannah

📢 "The acceptance I feel here has meant a lot to me. I feel like I'm not accepted in a lot of places because I am super tall. Here, I feel like I'm where I'm supposed to be and accepted for who I am." – Deric

📢 "This experience has been incredible—not only for strengthening my relationship with the Lord but also for building God-centered connections with my peers." – Bradly

The impact wasn’t just on the students—leaders saw revival happening before their eyes.

"These students desperately want their friends to experience Jesus like they have, and they are telling their friends about Him!" – Justin Holcomb

One of the most moving moments came when a leader spoke with a student who had been struggling to stay close to God after past events.

"I think I know why," she told the student. "Maybe you've met God, but you don't know Him yet."

That conversation led to the student getting a Bible she could understand and taking her first real steps toward deepening her relationship with Jesus.

Real decisions, real faith, and real life-change—these are what Freedom Weekend is all about.
